Warmth the oil in a huge, lidded skillet. Cook the onion over a high warmth for a couple of mins, at that point mix in the curry powder, ginger and garlic. Cook for another 1-2 mins until fragrant, at that point blend in the tomatoes, chickpeas and some flavoring.
Cook for 8-10 mins until thickened marginally, at that point top with the cod. Spread and cook for another 5-10 mins until the fish is cooked through. Dissipate over the lemon get-up-and-go and coriander, at that point present with the lemon wedges to crush over.
